What are your candles and wax melts made of?
At Scents at No3, we use a premium blend of natural soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn that is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we are looking into expanding our delivery options to international customers in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
How can I get the best scent throw from my candle?
For the best results, always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Are your products safe to use around pets?
While our products are made with non-toxic ingredients, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of curious paws.
